Vusi Zwane founded PEG Security in 2015 with a vision to build a world-class, 100% black-owned security firm rooted in community trust and operational excellence. Starting with a small team in Mpumalanga, his leadership has grown PEG into a fully accredited, multi-discipline operation deploying over 500 officers across six sectors.
His management philosophy centres on three pillars: rigorous PSIRA compliance, continuous officer development, and the deployment of cutting-edge security technology. Under his direction, PEG has secured long-term contracts in mining, government, commercial, and industrial sectors.
